Schedule page: presets, the day timeline (UTC), expected consumption and Iridium sending.
- Preset: Ultra low power (1 × 60 min), Minimum (4 × 45 min), Recommended (4 × 90 min), Dense (6 × 120 min), Continuous (1 × 1440 min).
- Day timeline (UTC): sessions as blue blocks and the current time. Drag a session to shift the whole schedule; right-click a session to disable recording or its automatic send.
- Expected consumption: mAh per day, estimated autonomy on the nominal battery, receiver hours per day, expected arcs per session (estimates).
- Iridium · automatic sending: Off, at the end of each session, every N results, every N hours, or daily at a fixed time. Sending waits for a gap between sessions and respects the battery and modem settings (see Iridium setup).
Guidance: sessions shorter than about 45 minutes rarely complete an arc; 60–120 minutes is recommended; continuous recording gives the most arcs at the highest energy cost (and leaves no gap for satellite sending).
