Advanced mode, Overview: the unit state, storage, the last results and the next events.

Settings (Advanced mode) holds every setting stored on the unit. A fixed header shows the workflow: Read · Edit · Validate · Apply · Verify, with Files & profiles (new draft, import/export JSON, local profiles), Read from unit, Validate and Review.

On the left are the setting groups and a search box (Find a setting… searches every group: “battery”, “timeout”, “azimuth”). A group shows badges such as 2 changed (differs from the unit) and 1 error; a changed setting carries an amber bar.

On connection the app reads the unit and loads its configuration into the draft. Nothing is sent to the unit while you edit. If you had edited another draft, Restore my previous draft brings it back (reads, imports, profiles and new drafts can all be undone this way).

  1. Press Review (the number is how many fields differ). The review lists every change as group · field · on the unit → draft; the slider icon opens the field’s group. Show unchanged fields lists all of them.
  2. Press Validate and apply N changes. The unit validates the draft first: nothing is written if it refuses, and the app opens the group with the error. Then the app writes once, reads the configuration back and compares every field. Validate alone checks without writing.
  3. On success the review closes, the steps show Apply and Verify, and the status bar shows the new state at once.
  4. If the result is response was lost, the app has already read the unit back and says whether it holds the draft. It never resends by itself.
